   The Short History

Vision Consultants, LLC began in late 1992 Gordon Aronson decided it was time to use his then 29 years of working for several companies in the engineering, construction and claims consulting businesses. Located in the Phoenix Metro, vision did consulting and training throughout the United states for many types of businesses. Mr. Aronson is a Registered Professional Engineer, spent many years as a Primavera Solution Provider and later an Oracle Partner and trainer. He analyzed and testified on many large construction projects that ended up in claims. In 2022 I closed Vision Consultants and began working ar Gordon Aronson Consulting.

   Scheduling Services

Our goal was to help engineers and contractors create well designed and realistic project schedules that meet all project requirements and completely comply with the contract specifications and all industry standards.    Impact Analysis

We continue to hope that major impacts and resulting delays do not occur on our project. But, inevitally do. Since the best defense is a great offence, we must make sure that keep the best records and design or schedule properly and do the best updating we can.

We are not our best witness as we are too close to the subject to offer a unbiased opinion and do a fare analysis. This is when you need the help of a qualified, experienced Expert Witness to help with the preparation of, defense of a construction claim and to offer tectnical assistance to your attorney.

   Our Team

Gordon decided when he began Vision Consultants in 1992 that he would remain a small consultancy. He and his wife, Mimi, moved into this new world of consulting with open minds to see where it would take us. Indeed our scope of services has led us in many, though related, directions. Our work has remained centered on the Engineering, construction consulting and many related fields of interest. Mimi brings Company middle management, human resource management, library science, real estate management and marketing over her 45 year career. Our principals have not changed.
